FOREST, RIVER, MOUNTAINS | Inspired by Victoria’s diverse landscapes, the ground plane at 570 Bourke Street was reimagined as three distinct zones — The Forest, The River and The Mountains — each defined through bespoke materiality, colour and form. To help bring this narrative to life, the Signature Studio team designed custom Axminster inset rugs that anchor these experiences, adding warmth, tactility and visual cohesion across the transformed space. The result is a sensory-rich, community-focused environment that elevates amenity, strengthens tenant engagement, and celebrates the character of the local landscape.
