Habitat 1 is a full service design and construct company comprising of architects, interior designers and a builder.
Founded in 2004 by Christian Formby and Milos Stojsavljevic, Habitat 1 was initially established as a commercial interior design firm. Their company has now evolved into a national, multi-faceted design and construction company whose works include all aspects of commercial office fitouts and multi-storey residential architecture.
Habitat 1 has more than tripled in size since its inception, hence the reason for moving offices, they had outgrown their previous space and their needs had changed.

Project Brief:
- The designers at Habitat 1 wanted to create a showroom environment by using various products and materials to showcase what could be achieved when creating a functional realistic workplace.
- It was important to create a comfortable and friendly working environment for their staff and clients to enjoy.

- There were a lot of natural materials used in the refurbishment.
- They wanted natural light and ventilation to create a healthy work environment.
Why Signature Floorcoverings:
